Plan discreet TV sound and whole-home music with a turnkey installation, from in-ceiling speakers to a custom soundbar that complements your home.
Start with the way you live
An open living room and kitchen can serve several purposes in one evening. Someone watches a movie from the sofa, dinner comes together at the island, and music fills the space as guests arrive.
Each activity asks something different of the sound system. A comfortable design considers where you sit, where you move, and how the rooms connect.
Gamma Tech brings those decisions into a complete home audio and video design. We design, supply, install, and configure a coordinated system, with discreet equipment and a personal walkthrough of its controls.
Build the sound into the architecture
A custom installation starts with your home's plans, finishes, and furniture layout. During new construction, early coordination helps us plan speaker locations, concealed infrastructure, and equipment access before the ceilings and walls close.
In-ceiling speakers can provide music throughout adjoining living areas, with amplification housed in an appropriate equipment location. Sonos Architectural speakers pair installed speakers with compatible Sonos amplification, bringing Sonos control into a discreet system.
The TV wall deserves the same attention. A custom Leon soundbar can be built to match the width of the display. A Leon Tonecase treatment can conceal a compatible Sonos soundbar within a finish selected for the room.
These are different design options, each with its own equipment and installation requirements. Gamma selects the appropriate combination as part of the system we supply, coordinating appearance, mounting, ventilation, and sound.

Decide where TV sound should travel
Music throughout the living room and kitchen may be a priority during dinner. Following a television program from the kitchen raises another question: how should the TV area and adjoining speakers work together?
A Sonos room is a named audio area in the system. Grouping shares audio with other rooms, while speakers configured for a supported home-theater role belong to that theater's setup.
Sharing TV sound with a separate Sonos room introduces a timing consideration. Sonos documents Group Audio Delay between the home theater and grouped rooms, with delay settings used to reduce interruptions.
Someone standing between adjoining listening areas may hear the same speech arrive at different times. Ceiling installation and a custom soundbar finish preserve the chosen equipment's underlying audio behavior.
Gamma accounts for the room's layout, speaker roles, and supported timing behavior during design. Our goal is to select and explain an arrangement that suits how you want to watch and listen.
Plan for a few everyday moments
A useful design conversation starts with the activities you want to enjoy. These examples describe planning questions for a home with connected living areas.
| How you use the space | What the design needs to address | What Gamma coordinates |
|---|---|---|
| Watch a film from the sofa | Clear dialogue and sound focused around the viewing area | TV, soundbar or theater speakers, amplification, and seating positions |
| Follow a game from the kitchen | Useful coverage and an appropriate relationship to the TV area's sound | Installed speaker locations, audio routing, supported timing behavior, and volume |
| Play music while entertaining | Comfortable coverage across connected rooms | In-ceiling speakers, listening areas, amplification, and room controls |
| Keep the TV wall visually calm | A sound solution that works with the display and interior finishes | A suitable custom soundbar or Tonecase option, dimensions, mounting, and finish |
A family that mainly watches from the sofa may need a different arrangement from one that regularly follows programs throughout the room. Naming the priority early gives the equipment plan a clear purpose.
Choose a complete, compatible system
Gamma's turnkey approach brings the supplied components into one coordinated design. The display, sound system, amplification, sources, network, and controls are selected for their roles and checked for compatibility together.
Our team also considers the details that affect a finished installation: equipment space, cooling, service access, and coordination with the builder or interior designer. Speaker grilles and custom soundbar finishes become part of the room's visual plan.
Installation includes configuration and testing of the supplied system. The handoff covers everyday use, including choosing TV or music, adjusting listening areas, and understanding any relevant limitations.
You have one team guiding the work from design through the finished experience. The homeowner's role is to describe the experience they want and the room they want to enjoy.
Share your plans and priorities
The printable TV and music planning worksheet gives you a place to gather the details for an initial conversation. A floor plan or furniture sketch is useful, even early in construction.
Include:
- The living areas, seating positions, and planned TV location.
- Places where you want TV sound, music, or independent listening.
- Your construction stage and the builder or designer involved.
- Finish preferences for ceiling grilles, the TV wall, and custom soundbar treatments.
Gamma can use those priorities to develop the system design and equipment proposal. During the final walkthrough, we demonstrate the agreed uses so the controls and room behavior make sense in your home.
Bring the whole room together
A well-planned installation gives the sound, the architecture, and everyday use equal attention. Discreet speakers and considered finishes support a room that feels complete.
