IT Support Specialist

Gamma Tech Services is looking for new additions to our Commercial IT team! We find ourselves in need of a few technicians as our Commercial IT and VoIP departments continue to grow.
Full time · Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM · Naples, FL
The position
About the role
Gamma Tech is located in Naples, and we serve customers throughout Southwest Florida. Applicants are expected to live within a manageable distance of the office and have reliable transportation.
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are looking for applicants with EXCELLENT communication skills and a background in customer service.
Applicants should also possess some, if not all, of the following strengths:
- Passionate about Information Technology
- A “can do” attitude
- Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
- Networking (WatchGuard Appliances/Port Forwarding/Access Points/Firewalls)
- Windows, 10/Server 2008-2019
- Microsoft Outlook, Office 365
- VoIP / 3CX
- Flexible to complete any assigned task
